We are glad to announce that our submission of the SAS workshop “Safety-aware design and validation of autonomous systems” was accepted at the 51st IEEE/IFIP International Conference on Dependable Systems and Networks (DSN 2021). More info coming soon!

Dejana Ugrenovic (ESR4) participated in the virtual conference IEEE XXIX International Scientific Conference Electronics – ET 2020 and presented her paper Designing Out-of-distribution Data Detection using Anomaly Detectors: Single Model vs. Ensemble. After an embargo period, the paper will be available at the website.

Our own Raul Sena Ferreira, ESR1, has won a student grant to attend the SAFECOMP 2020 conference and its workshops. SAFECOMP 2020 takes place virtually from September 15 to September 18, 2020.

The lock down is still in force, however, research continues in full swing. Our own Raul Sena Ferreira, ESR1, has won one of the few available grants for the VIVA European Summer School on Artificial Intelligence and Software Verification and Validation. This summer school will take place in October this year. Congratulations to Raul!
